Enrollment Process Overview

Families begin by scheduling a 20-minute, in-person tour. This visit allows parents to ask questions, meet our team, and view the facility to ensure Soaring Sprouts is the right fit for their child and family

After the tour, parents will complete basic contact information. All enrollment paperwork will then be sent electronically through our secure enrollment link for convenient completion.

There is no application or administrative fee to enroll. To secure a child’s spot, a deposit equal to 25% of one month’s tuition is required. Tuition is due on the first of the month for the upcoming month of care.

Once the deposit is received and a start date is confirmed, we will schedule an intake meeting with the family. During this meeting, parents will review classroom expectations, daily routines, and important information. Children will also have the opportunity to meet their teacher and become familiar with the classroom environment.

Our goal is to ensure both families and children feel confident, informed, and prepared for a smooth and positive first day at Soaring Sprouts.
